Re: What broaheads and why?

I will agree with the MRS Gear Cutthroats for a sturdy 2 blade that will not break the bank and the 3 blade VAP solid heads when I want a bigger hole. Both heads are reasonably priced and both are very durable and offer heavier weight heads!

Re: Bow giveaway

I know I have more than 3 posts! Just need to get some people over here! Do we get to see pictures of the bow? Or is it custom to our specs?!

Nonsense, you are just saving that extra cash for hunting gear and hunting trips! Besides you can fit that air mattress in a much smaller area with a big camps can't go!

Re: stepped in line

I can't wait to see the finished product. I am in line myself for a poison dart longbow. I have 6 or 7 pictures of beautiful bow woods and I am going to send it to Buddy. I am leaving old choices up to him for something along those lines. That way it is a complete surprise once I open the package an...

Re: Water Buffalo bowhunt blog

That is amazing! I wonder how heavy (poundage) you would need on a longbow and how close you would need to be to get it done!

That article that you listed showing the ribs and how they lay are amazing. Talk about a well protected vital area! Very informative. Thank you.

Re: NEW POLL-Aiming Systems

I used to shoot instinctive. However, since I have been spending more time at work and my shooting is reduced to one to two times a week, I have switched to Gap aiming to provide a more consistent experience! It is the only way I felt comfortable hunting last year to make sure I could have an ethica...

Re: Black Eagle Instinct Traditional?

Thanks for the input. It seems there is a lot of people who like the vintage (standard diameter shafts 9.2gpi). I cannot find much info on the instinct shafts (micro diameter 9.4gpi) with the outserts. I find it interesting that the standard diameter shafts are lighter (less material) per inch than ...

Black Eagle Instinct Traditional?

Has anyone had any experience with the Black Eagle Instinct Traditional arrow shafts? I have a 31 3/4" draw. Most arrows are 32" long so I tend to shoot full length shafts. I noticed that the Black Eagle Instinct Traditional arrow is 34" long and would allow for more arrow flexibility...

Re: camp setup

Y'all are fancy! I thought I had a manicured camp area! No, I do not load deer or hogs on the bike. That was just fun for running back and forth to town.
