Re: update and tradhunter news

Larry,
I agree with John. While I do like the idea of giveaways, I am here to talk about my love of archery with others who share my passion. Hopefully more people will join in with stories, questions and such. Good luck with the home life, hope all is well.

Re: I need a friend.

Fred - One thing I have learned is we all have moments of weakness, usually they occur after we try to take the world head on. The ones of us that get threw it and still have our sanity are the ones that are strong enough and brave enough to admit weakness and get support from the ones that are most...

Re: Please please please prayers.

Keep your head up Bowdaddy, It's never as bad as it seems. The wife and I have survived a major surgery for her due to a very rare illness, a serious motorcycle accident and most recently her business closing due to lack of business. Prayers are with you and your family my friend.

Re: the older I Get.................

I gotta agree with you guys fully. I shot both compound and Trad when I was in my early 20's. Then when my kids where born, I went all compound due to mainly peer pressure as that is what my hunting partners did. Then as the kids got older and into sports and activities themselves, I actually didn't...

Re: Right VS Left Helical?

After talking to Ted at Raptor, I decided to go with right helical mainly because the jig I had was right. Ted said it really doesn't make a difference which you use. I shot all wood arrows, but Ted also mentioned an other interesting point. With Right helical if you are using aluminium arrows with ...

Re: Nail Footing

I haven't been brave enough to try it yet. I do think I want to get a nail jig from 3rivers. I was actually looking at them a few weeks ago. I figured I had saved enough in my archery fund to buy one of them and a new taper jig. Then I saw a new shooting glove...one of the Full Shot ones...well mayb...
