You guys are nuts! I cant imagine building a bow, let alone having more then 1 home brew bow. I'm certain there is a distinct satisfaction from shooting your own, but now that I've got a quality bow I just cant get hugely excited about building or buying another custom bow (with the exception of an elkseeker!). I've got a good backup or I'd use that for an excuse! Oh its interesting alright, but I'd just as soon trade for or buy a Karp/Elkseeker bow as to build one! ( hint hint Tony/Tom! How long have I tried anyway? 😂)
The element of surprise can never be replaced by persistence.

You just gotta keep trying Jason.

The blank Kenny sent me wasn’t difficult at all to put together. I studied quite a few bow builds asked some questions and went to town on it. It takes a little patience and some elbow grease to sand and shape things a little at a time but it’s awesome to have a bow made just for you by you.

Don’t fight it Jason, you know you want to hold something that you shaped yourself, to fit your hand, by your hands! :ugeek:

Just wish I had an skills and interest in wood working. Now if it was metal, up my alley.
