Still taped up I first established a center and drew a line the entire length, to keep me straight!

Pic! Never seen blue.
Nothing clears a troubled mind like shooting a bow.

Then from center lengthwise I went to mark where the string notches would go. Well what do you know, he had already marked center and string notch location, and got them dead on! He may know what he is doing!

So coming out past riser fades a little, 10” past center, to the marks for desired tip width, I marked the limb profile.

Don’t know how well it will show on the blue tape but it’s marked out. Then I double checked center with a string, I had done this already to make sure everything was straight.

Then to the belt sander, this is the only machine I used, everything else is done using simple hand tools.

I should mention that not everyone will have a fancy SpoungeBob table like me, but you could make out without one! Also I know what your wondering Kirk, where is the quality control dog during all this? She was there all the time!

I was very surprised as I looked at the profile and thought; that looks a lot like the one I built last. So I checked and was very surprised, Mighty close!

Okay intermission is over, quality control is watching, wants me back to work! Time to finish profile, after getting close to the lines with the sander, I finished with a sanding block.
