I'll share a trick with you.

If you are wanting to tool leather this trick will save you a bunch of leather.
Or if you have bought a kit like a billfold.
Get some original Silly Putty and flatten it out and just push your leather stamp in with very little pressure.
You can use it over and over and if you get a design that you really like, snap a picture of it so you can reference it any time.
But don't tell anyone, it's a secret. :D
