Re: Carp & Bullfrog hunting
I've only hunted them a few times. I have never tried flu-flu? I would imagine they would work fine, but I have good luck with regular Fletching.

At this point in my shooting...I may as well reel up a big spinnerbait to the tip eyelet on my fishin pole and just whip em in the head with it...
I wonder if that works....
I wonder if that works....
The element of surprise can never be replaced by persistence.
Re: Carp & Bullfrog hunting
I'm guessing that would work as well!....
Re: Carp & Bullfrog hunting
Years ago I would use a cane pole and 3 way hook to snag them under the chin. I have got lots of them that way. I can remember us boys using a small piece of that tough red stuff around bologna on our hooks. Every once in a while one would grab it and you would catch them like a fish. I'm grinning now remembering a time when a big one I was attempting to snag jumped and grabbed my hook in its mouth in mid air then hit the water. I jerked as it hit water slinging it straight up, we all cracked up!
