Next click on upload photos and videos and choose the area that your pics are stored.

Next hold down the command button while clicking on pics one at a time.they will be highlighted blue as you do this.Next release the command button and click on the OPEN button.

After you have successfully loaded your pics it will tell you that your upload is complete.Next click on save and continue to my albums.

Next after you are taken to your albums the pics you just uploaded should be on your screen.if they are not then go through your albums until you find the pics you want to resize.When you have the correct album opened up hold your pointer on a pic,you will see this:

After you have chosen the size either from the preset sizes or you have adjusted the size manually as you can see in the same area then click on APPLY and then go to bottom of pic and click either make a copy or REPLACE ORIGINAL (i usually replace original) click on your choice.

Now....I usually use the drag and drop method and put my pics to be loaded onto posts on my desktop then use the FULL EDITOR at the bottom of my reply window to load them by clicking on the choose button then choose desktop.here are some pics on how this is achieved.
