Silence of the Carp

#1 Post by Carpdaddy »

In case you guys are wondering where I've been lately here's the scoop. I have mentioned different times how that I have been feeling very weak, a scan last week revealed the problem and unfourntantly it is not good news. A large mass was found on one of my kidneys and you probably know what they are calling it, that word we never want to hear. Leaving tonight to be in Lexington early in the morning for further scans to see where I am and what my options are. I was blessed with a miracle 15 years ago and now I'm praying for another one. I am prepared to leave this world but it's human nature to want to hang around here as long as we can. For those who know the power of prayer I covet your prayers. For those who don't you might change your mind if the Doctor ever gives you news like I got.
Thanks guys
Carp

Horrible horrible news today..... my heart is heavy, and broken Tony.

Prayers are going up Tony. Hang in there.
The element of surprise can never be replaced by persistence.

Keep the faith my friend, in 2009 I had a large mass removed from one of my kidneys they were sure it was cancerous but it wasn't,besides we all know prayer changes things!
I'm home daily now and only a phone call away if you need anything. You are certianly in my prayers.
