I just worked on the yard today, cleaning up all the sticks and limbs from the freezing rain Sunday. Going scouting for turkey tomorrow with a buddy.

Sat around in my easy chair with dreaded back spasms. With lots of Ibuprofen, pain killers, muscle relaxers, electronic stem treatments, and yoga stretching since yesterday evening....im finally feeling a difference. UGH....

I finished setting up to do some rehab shooting. 20# Axiom limbs and 18” Pearson Equalizer Warf. Felt good to finally shoot again!
