I know I am a day late and a dollar short but sometimes you can contact the game warden in the area and they can take care of that or give you permission to in some situations. I hate to see an animal like that as they tend to shrivel up and starve to death. Especially in the winter. If it made it this long, there might be a chance for it... despite the deformation, it is always fun to see a video of wildlife and get to watch their behavior.
