DEAD RINGER® HAMMOCK SEAT?

Have any of you ever tried the DEAD RINGER® HAMMOCK SEAT?

I've always looked for a good seat to take with me for ground hunting. Thru the years, I've bought little stools, camp chairs & strap on seats. The all have had their negative points.... either to bulky, too noisy or not comfortable for long sits. Now, I found this hammock seat. I like how small & lightweight it is for easy packing in. It's also quick & easy to set up. I bought three of them. One for my wife, one for my son & one for me. My son tried his out a couple days ago, but only sat in it for about an hour or so at the end of the day. I haven't had a chance to try mine out yet.

Anyway, does anyone here have any experience with them? Like? Don't like?

Looks like it might be sort of awkward for drawing a bow?

I hope to give it a try before the weekend is over & I'll let you know what I think afterwards.

They have a 30 second video on their web site that shows a guy drawing a bow. It looks like you simple adjust how high on the tree you strap the seat to be able to shoot a bow.

Watched the video; looks comfy. My biggest problem would be having to take someone with me to help me up out of it!

If it's as comfortable as it looks, I might need an alarm clock with me too! :)

Well, between spending time working on my places & hunting from tree stands, I still haven't even tried these out yet. But, my son has been using his while bowhunting & he says that it is very comfortable & if adjusted right will work for bowhunting, but he thinks it will really be great for gun hunting.

I'll report back on them again as soon as I try mine out.
