I won't mention names but you won't find his stuff on TG anymore...he got sent to Banned Camp... But same principal only this guy used a glue on field point to make an insert for a BH to add weight...

I am going to make a broadhead out of a single piece of aluminium foil.

No further on paper only in thought. Thinking about going the solid machined route. To many decisions. Solid machined will be more expensive but less risky with my money. If you remove brazing from the equation it gets a lot simpler. One piece designs have their own kinks unless you have the right machine. Sadly I don't. Would have to be done in multiple setups which is doable but time consuming. May just get some cheap mild steel and start cuttin to see if I can even do it.
