I shoot about 24 arrows 3 to 4 days a week.

Depends on whats going on. Right now things are really busy but I still flick a couple arrows each day.

I selected 1 or 2 hours a week

after i get my new bow I will expect that number to go up :)

I doubt if I shoot one-hour a month.
Every few day or so I'll shoot a couple of arrows and I'm done.
Years ago I would shoot several hours a day, but for the past 10 years or so, I hardly shoot at all.

Less than an hour per week. Some weeks more but others more like Graps. The closer to season the more I shoot usually.

For the past 2 to 3 years I have been nursing my right shoulder. I woke up one day and it was hurting for some reason? At times it has been hard to do certain things, especially draw a bow. Lately it has been feeling pretty good and I'm trying to shoot more often. Maybe 15 to 20 shots when I think I can get away with it.

I guess it's just part of getting older? The lack of practice really bothers me.
I owe it to the animals I hunt to be the best shot that I can be.

Not enough that is for sure! Usually average 3-5 a week but more during summer.
