A few of the hunters were not available for picture day and 3 deer (2 bucks and a doe) were already removed from the meat pole by the missing hunters to take home for butchering but this is the 2017 group photo.
The oldest hunter (my father) is 82 years old (he shot a doe) seated in the center front row and the youngest hunter (8 year old Owen sitting on the left in the front row) also got a doe. While I got a buck Im more comfortable in camo so I didn’t wear orange while standing for the photo.

For me that gun season tradition has spanned 41 years in a row without missing a single year. For my father its been a bit longer.
