Thought I’d share this. Was going through some of my moms stuff today. Came across my grandmas war ration book. I’d never seen one before.

Wow....and so many these days think they got it rough.

Never seen one....never had to do without either. Makes one feel fortunate and have much admiration for those that made our way of life possible.
The element of surprise can never be replaced by persistence.
