I have a dozen 11/32 50-55 # shafts, if you’re interested. I think I may have a couple dozen. I will have to look when I get home.Captainkirk wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 8:05 pm Currently I'm using all 11/32 shafting for my builds...but yep. A really good deal!

For sale/ One dozen cedar shafts- 5/16 diam. 40-45 spine
I was given a large box of wood arrow shafts from a good friend. The shafts are pretty old and I can't vouch for their straightness or grain runout. Also, I has some water in my basement this summer and some of the shafts got wet on one end ( not all the shafts, but some-maybe an inch of the shafts)...

Re: How you doin?
Glad you're doing well. I am doing fine as well. I'm excited to be hunting this weekend. We had an issue with our lease that didn't get resolved until Oct.15, then other pressing matters has prohibited my hunting. I have tree stands up now and I am ready to go!

Re: Safety harness
Glad you survived. I, too, use a full body harness. I couple that with a tree stand safety lines, so I am connected from the time I leave the ground. I think it's important to also remind everyone that when you have a fall event, It's probably a good idea to replace the harness.

Darren,
Thank you for all your information. That was exactly what I was hoping for and I appreciate you sharing your wealth of information to me and others. I may come to your presentation at the UBM in February. That would be great!

Re: My 2019 Moose Hunt - Not What I Hoped For
What a bummer you had a negative experience with the guide. With the cost of hunts like this, the most you can expect is a knowledgable, hard working guide who can put you in a good position when/if the time arises. Obviously, you can do nothing about the bulls not being vocal. Those things happen. ...

Question for Colorado elk hunters
Hi everyone, A buddy and I are planning an archery elk hunt in CO in a few years. We want to purchase an OTC tag and do a DIY hunt. We are most likely going to do a truck camping style of hunt. Does anyone have any recommendations on GMU's they have hunted that are open to OTC tags? Of course I am n...
