Re: Anyone notice less is more?
Kirk I have seen a few great deals on ebay and elsewhere on the grizzly's. I would like to get one next year. Maybe Ill have a few ppl chip in and get it for my birthday in January. Jason- My scope gun is a Savage Stevens Model 200 (Its basically a 10/110). Its a true budget rifle, but shoots great....

Re: Do you?
I agree that it would be great to have a backup bow. For me, it would have to be Identical to the one I have. I dont have the money for that, so if my bow goes down the tubes, Im sunk I guess. I could probably acclimate to my sage in a day or two, and Im guessing since they are both close in length ...

Re: G. Fred Asbell Pathfinder Wool pullover
Thanks, Kirk Dave- I was eyeballing them for a good while... I actually asked for it for an early Christmas present...I do it every year haha. Im very happy with it so far. To get something that is totally handmade by Americans, and made with American materials at that price...pretty good deal IMO. ...

Re: Anyone notice less is more?
Jason and Tony---just stop. You guys both shoot well! Kirk- Ive had plenty of bikes, and bass guitars, and guns...but when I find one I like...Im done. Ive had 3 of the same bike because I like it so much, and as for deer rifles--- I have two .308's. Both savages. One with a scope, and one with iron...

Re: Do you?
Jason-- I def want to have an extra string. That makes a lot of sense, since a string is a consumable part. I know anything can happen...but where does the backup stuff end? Do I take two bows with me into the woods? Leave one in the car? For years, I had one rifle. It never gave me a problem and I ...

Re: How Important is it?
I would say its pretty important to me...I dont want to miss a season. I think about it a fair amount in the off season...but from say July on...its on my mind a lot.
If I dont get out with my rifle this year I wont be heartbroken, but I wont skip the bow for sure.

I have no idea...but I do know you could take it to a local shop and they have a scale that measures the draw weight.
