Looks like some nice deer going down so far!!

Just finished week 1 of a 2 week hunting vacation minus a 3 day weekend here of work in between: Not really much action for me....a nice buck at 50 yds, a spike and button buck I passed on..... Also, battling a nasty head/chest cold this week--rotten timing on that --kinda kept me off stand a coule ...

Using less material (due to being stronger) makes for a smaller diameter string, which increases bow/arrow speed slightly---if someone was trying to tweak every bit of speed from their bow... I'm using the 450+...........VERY little stretch, least amount i've seen based on strings I've made from B-5...

got busted 2 nights a go by a nosey doe....she just HAD to catch me moving before I saw her.....tonight I went out after turkeys but I think the damp weather had them holed up ---they almost always come through my woods at some time in teh evening---tonight, no go.......did have some fat squirrels s...
