Yes I do. Feathers clear up (hide) a lot of problems, but if you can get them to fly straight without them, then they will be fantastic arrows even in wet weather.

The way you sanded those is how I do it, except I sand the feather before I chop it. They sure come out nice, look just like the ones you buy.
