Guys, via an archers review site here in the UK (look at www.archers-review.com) I came across some time ago a Dynamic Spine Calculator by a chap called Stu Miller.
As a background he developed the calculator to aid the traditional archer in defining the appropriate arrow set up to match a given bow design.
On it's latest update quite a number of traditional bows were added (Jim's Centaur Triple Carbon Elite for one).
A great tool to have to hand when treating yourself to a new bow (or a great guide for beginners) and are a little unsure what your arrow set up should look like.
Hope that helps!

Re: Dynamic Spine Calculator
It would have been a good idea to give you all the web address where you'll find the calculator so here goes:

Re: Dynamic Spine Calculator
Very cool tool for sure.
Re: Dynamic Spine Calculator
The calculator works great... IF... all of the inputs are... EXACTLY correct... Especially the cut to center entry. A little off, changes things drastically.. You can't just use the, "that's about right" ,guessing method, to get it to work. Also study the explanation in his new instructions concerning "insert weight" and how to enter it. I have messed around with this quite a bit and have found it to be very accurate and a BIG cost and headache saver. Thanks Stu.. all for free too...
