Bare shaft tuning Ara **broadhead flight test**

#1 Post by stumper »

So my arrows were flying pretty good out of the new bow but I was convinced they could be better. So I took my bare shaft and a couple fletched arrows and made a singular adjustment. Why did I stop after one adjustment??? Well when your fletched shafts do this three times in a row from 18 yards and the bare shaft is flying pretty well too. Well you stop.

Lol! Agreed! How much better ya need? When it happens easy it almost makes you wonder..."what am I missing"...lol. Don't question it, just go with it. Is the broadhead flying that good I take it?

The were flying great the other day. I need to test them which will require Will’s broadheads target. I’ll let you know though. Originally the arrows were tuned by shooting broadheads through my other bow of similar poundage. Should be fine but I’ll have a couple test shots before Saturday.

Wow!....great shooting Dave! I wish I could place my arrows at the spot I'm looking consistently. Target shooting is definitely not my strength.
