Exactly what Shadow said, I have only ate 1 wild hog that I can recall and it was a piglet. :lol: My uncle smoked it in a brinkman smoker and it was delicious! They are some work, just field dress and get on ice somehow. I occasionally use one of those plastic totes instead of investing in an expensive cooler big enough.
