Lazy arrows

#1 Post by Jamesh76 »

Most of you know, work has ran me ragged lately. Not time for much at all. It took me a month, but I managed to make what I call lazy arrows. No fancy fletch. Birch shafts 5/16 red nock and 4 fletch. Not enough time to Crest them so I cut a few strips from some yellow arrow wraps I had. They spine around 45 and are pretty consistent in weight. Cut to 29.5 bop for now until I can shoot and see how they fly. Didnt come too ugly. Hopefully I can shoot some tonight. I got some of the old magnus 100 grain solids that should work perfect on these.

Arrows don't have to be fancy.
Those look good to me.

Glue on the ends of fletch dried alot sooner than I expected. I shot a few from bout 15-17 yards. Probably won't need trimmed. Will see how brodheads fly. First 5 shots at a brand new taget.

Those are fancy if you ask me.

All they gotta do is fly straight.
