I like a hard spinning arrow to shadow hunter. The reason I don't use much helical for carbons is because of the small diameter but all my hunting arrows that are bigger I definitely do.

Hard helical is more difficult to make stick on small dia. carbons. I like as much as I can get on 11/32 woodies though.
Aim small, miss small!
