Looks great, shines like a new one but more character.

In a way it`s why I bought it.Longtrad wrote:Looks like a gem to me! reminds me a lot of my grizzly too
My Bear Grizzly was too much for my bad shoulder, so I went with The Wing.
Feels very much like my Bear Grizzly, but easier on my shoulder.

When I first got it , it was a very dull Gull!
Almost looked mono-colored. There was no big color difference from the limbs and riser.
Many scratches still remain, but now it`s looks as good as it shoots.

I keep thinking it might of came out better if I`d went with a more expensive Polishing Compound, but for the $2.75 I paid for the Formula 1 I`m pleased.
I could always try a higher end compound , and do it again to see if it changes anything.

It looks great.......thats a beauty to be proud of and all the elbow grease that went into that
The only way to get any better is to sand and refinish

Re: WING GULL
I much prefer an older vintage bow with some "road rash". The only bow that is over 40 years old and looks brand new is the one that doesn't have any stories and adventures to share!
I like a bow to look as good as it can, but I don't try to cover up the 'crow's feet' that have accumulated along the way.
Nice job on an old classic!
