But this one worries me a bit, right at the edge midway up the limb.. Do I scrap it, fill it with glue or just keep on keeping on?

That’s a ugly looking knot. Unless a lot more is coming off and it has a chance of being whittled out when continuing, I’d say by by to it. When centered more in the limb I have drilled out and plugged with dowel and glue. On an edge like this and you will likely lose. I am not familiar with this wood though so just opinion based on wood I have used.

So, down to one bow in the making.
At floor tiller my ash stave gave out, thinking it's down to improper drying.
