Locktite 420 & New life

#1 Post by Carpdaddy »

I have yet to use this stuff in anything that has failed, so I think it is worth a try! So I got the old friend out which had the crack or delam in the bottom part of the riser, put some tape on the bottom side, and let the thin stuff run down in the crack as I bent to open it up. This glue is so thin that the tape on the bottom side was needed. The next day I began bending it, then strung it, and before long was out flinging arrows with it. Time will tell!

I've heard nothing but good reports about Loctite 420. Where do you get it from?

Don’t really know, LinemanSteve got this for me when he had a cracked riser. If he ever gets back on he may tell us. Forgot his password. 😜
