I got the handle and shelf pretty much finished and the edges of the limbs sanded. Just have to get the limb tips on and it’ll be ready to put a few arrows through.

I want to put a riser overlay on it but It will have to wait. I’m ready to shoot this thing already.
I’m thinking about this style of limb tips. I had a tomahawk longbow with them and liked them.

Got the tip overlays glued on and shaped. Strung it up and put a few arrows through it. It’s a shooter, smooth drawing and hard shooting. I still have some refining to do on the limb tips and grip. I’m debating tru-oil or a polyurethane spray on finish.

 No Polyurethane, that stuff turns yellow in a short time.
I learned that the hard way.
It's looking very good, I'm excited to see it finished.
