While it's unfortunate it broke. There was so much learned with this bow. I am certain Greg will give it another try. He and I both learned from this attempt. Reviewing the build with several more experienced bowyers/hobbyist than I. The main factor of this breakage was likely moisture content, the other consideration was a little heavy on the long string/floor tiller initially.

Found a new board just waiting on the moisture levels to raise in the house. Then I can work on breaking another one.

Started a new board bow got it shaped, the handle glued on and fades shaped. Now to figure out what tip overlays to put on.

Put the tip overlays on the oak board and started floor tillering. Still waiting for the moisture content to rise before i start bending it.

Started tillering today. Slow as she goes for now.
