This first video is the championship round of the 3-Person Skirmish tournament. I will try to explain what that is. You have two 3-person teams competing against one another. All six people are lined up and shooter #1 on team #1 is competing directly with shooter #1 on team #2, shooter #2 against shooter #2, etc. You are shooting at a clay bird and each person has 5 arrows. If you break your bird before the person you're shooting against breaks theirs then they are out and cannot shoot any more. If you have any arrows left, you may now shoot at your teammates' birds to break them. The first team to break all three birds wins the round. If both teams shoot all their arrows and birds are still left, a timeout is called, arrows are pulled and anybody still eligible to shoot can start shooting when time-in is called. Clear as mud, right?

Now if you like music, these next videos are from the performance given by the bluegrass band, Shannon County Tradition. I got to sing the high, sissy part in most of the songs. This first song is one I wrote a few years ago after receiving some "natural" inspiration. The title of the song is "Seedtick Blues" and I think that is self-explanatory.

These next two are a cappella numbers that we did. The first one is an old Stanley Brothers tune entitled "Glory Land". We did this in honor of Ralph Stanley who passed away that week. My brother, Dale Haverstick sings lead, I sing tenor, Bruce Bressler sings baritone and his brother, Scott, sings bass

The last song was written and recorded by Blue Highway and it is entitled, "Some Day". Any time we perform close to Eminence, MO there is a woman named Joy Gail Cox who insists that we sing this. I suspect we will be singing it at her funeral when she is finally called Home.
