How about a FAT BOY?

Finally got started on the Cheff knife.
It's a Fat Boy, short version of a Chief knife.
This is the rough profile.

Thin for slicing? What is the intended use? Beautiful wood and a nice design. That is my preferred handle shape also. I went sort of "wild", when I retired and hit every second hand shop after buying many good deals on ebay. Now I have drawers and blocks full of kitchen knifes (Couldn't afford to do that with bows or guns :( ). Now, after 2 years in the kitchen, I've found my favorites for different uses and jobs.

Yes, it's going to be a thin blade for veggie slicing and dicing.
The shape is intended for holding part of the blade for more dexterity.
