I blame it on Graps

#1 Post by Jamesh76 »

Yup, all Dale's fault. I have been piddling around with making knives. I'm not doing anything quality. The steel is just left over circular saw blades and files. Although files can be made into pretty good knives. Circular blades isnt good steel for the most part. However, a cheap way to play around and get used to cutting shaping, grinding and learning how to make cases or sheathes. You can get them pretty sharp. They just dont hold an edge very long. I got 5 I made today all glued up. This all started when my son lost his neck knife and wanted a replacement. So here is some fun but low quality work.

Yeah. I'm not going to look. This happened today. Playing with different handle shapes and thickness. I really dont like the thin necked one.
