I can't help you with limbs, but this link is where I used to go to find used ilf limbs. You will need a number of posts before they will allow you access to these classifieds.

Bought a light pair of SF Axioms from Tradtalk classifieds. Can’t go wrong for $50. Still looking for medium limbs for hunting.
