That's some pretty nice underfur...a darn nice coyote.

That bottom is just a rolling stitch. The length up the middle I'm going to do a Sewing machine running stitch.
I'll use my stitching awl, poke it through at the bottom, pull a few feet of thread through the first hole and pull the awl out and about a half inch up, push it all the way in, pull back making a loop on the inside, put the long piece through the loop and pull the awl out and pull tight. And repeat until I get to the top.
Then do the other side.

Doin great so far. Have you had any issue with how thin the coyote hide skin is?

The only issue I have ran into is how oily the flesh side is.
The glue just won't stick very good and I'm using the best glue that Tandy has.

Here I go, this is about 20 minutes of progress.
It should get easier as I get closer to the opening.
But this will be finished when I get this done.
