Yeah, the cold front that just moved in slowed them down. Scrapes are opening up. Seen one spot where I walk to one of my stands have 5 open up in 2 days. I'm thinking Tuesday or so they should be going again. Either way, ya can't shoot them from the recliner so I'll keep at it. Hunting the same spot tonight, as we did this morning. It's my only place good for a evening hunt with a West wind. Haven't hunted it on an evening it this year. Went to change SD cards on my camera out there this morning and the spring which pushes the SD card outbtoneject was jacked up. Did a exchange at walmart so I'll it the replacement up. Hadn't been out to this place in over a week. Had some pics of a 10 point I wanted to see again. Not sure how good he is.

Tonight's weather from the Acorn stand. Good wind, as they come from the west in the evenings. I also missed the coyote this morning. Bent broadhead.

Well I'm glad I missed it then....I got all geared up and headed out, only to find my truck sitting on a flat. I found a pretty big rock stabbed into the tread. I've had that happen before and it ruined the tire. Thats a $200+ tire...🙄

Didn't hunt this morning. Rain was too heavy.

I seen 3 doe and a pretty good sized buck out in an ag field at first seeing light on my way to work this morning. It started raining pretty steady about 30 minutes later.
