Meat in the freezer. Now to work on filling it up :D

Nice deer, congratulations.

So, which Browning is that? They are my favorite factory bows. I've two 54" Safari 1's and enjoyed a 66" Apollo for years. All 40 to 43 pounds. Very smooth shooting for me. They seem to use wide, thin limbs as compared to other factory recurves I have.

I hunted again yesterday. Saw a doe and had decent buck come in behind me. Looked like a 9. Son saw several bucks and does as well. This was all during morning. Afternoon hunt was a bust. It was very warm here. 64 I believe. That bad the full moon got them moving a lot at night. Big cold front coming. I got jury duty tomorrow. I’ll be in a tree soon as I get out.

We got a short hunt in Wednesday afternoon. Had jury duty it ran over longer than I had hoped. Still little snow on ground. Saw one small buck. The buck in trailcam is the one I saw. Kinda unusual.

Ran cams last night. Still got a couple good ones that made it through opening weekend of gun.

You can tell everyone not to even ask during deer season, but what a time for jury duty to happen. I had my audiologist exempt me for years until they changed the rules and made me show up. I made it to the jury box the lawyers pick from. When the judge asked me a question, i probably only understood a portion of it - even with the little amplifier they give you. Dismissed.
