I'm a string maker. I always have a bow square handy.

When I look up I see two white bushy tails running away from me at full speed. That's right after 3 years of scouting my first encounter with a public land Whitetail I'm blown 20 minutes in on a coffee break. Two beautiful does were right behind me ! Most successful hunt to date. Second hunt did not see a thing but man that first hunt was a rush! Hunt three is this weekend. Stay tuned.
