Thank you guys! It felt good to be out in the woods again. Normally I get to hunt quite a bit in October and that just did not happen this year. For the first time in 23 years my wife actually said, "I wish you would get out hunting, I'm kind of worried about you"! That my friends was music to my ears! My wife actually told me to go hunt. Hahaha
I really enjoy my new position but it is extremely time consuming. I started my hunting vacation on November 1st . I have been hunting hard since then. Deer movement was off in Illinois. They just did not seem like they were into the rut like the deer in Indiana but I got to hunt with one of my close friends there. We had a great time! Hunting camp is always a great experience.... I'll stay in touch.
