Got my first Massage therapy today.
I think it is going to help. I'm just a little sore but more limber.
There was a couple of times that I almost confessed to kidnapping the Linberg baby. :shock:

I got physical therapy for a frozen shoulder before,I would have confessed to anything. :lol:
