Wow, today I was able to drag a very heave tree limb over 50 yards to my brush pile and i even replaced the sup pump in the basement.
Yep, I'm tired but I don't hurt.
I'm very happy with that.

Do I gotta drive over there and yell at you in person?
Why are you doing stuff like that with your bear hunt looming on the horizon?!!!!

I'll have you know it's good to practice dragging my bear out.
You don't want to just sit on your backside all the time and then exert yourself especially when there is no help or cell phone service for over 50 miles.

:? I'm a little ouchi the past week.
I've been doing very good with no pain at all. And this past weekend I actually needed my cane but I had a visit with the chiropractor Wednesday.
I see her again Monday and we will be on the road Thursday for Quebec.
Hoping to get straightened out buy then.

I think what did it was, I was bent over at the waist and looking up and under to my left to see up inside a machine I was using.
The chiropractor said that would make sense with what she found to be out of alignment.
