Another Cheap trick

#1 Post by Carpdaddy »

I am always seeking ways to make my hunting experiences easier, so long as I can do it cheap enough. Now that I’m getting older I have noticed that if I’m carrying arrows on my back I can no longer reach over my shoulder and grab one, and I’m slow at trying to move the quiver around to my side to get an arrow. So I like to keep one arrow handy. Yesterday I picked up a cheap pack of pen/pencil holders that you peel and stick on. I have peeled one off and relocated it several times without an issue, nothing left on bow, and pops off easy. Yet has not fallen off on its on any. I know they make single arrow holders for this, just thought this was cheap and easy.

Now that's slicker than deer guts on a doorknob. 👍

YUK! Not the idea, that would be great if you don't like your quiver on the bow, but the doorknob.

Tricky thing is though, it reminds me of my days with an old quickie quiver with no protection from those broadheads.
