That poacher sounds like a real rocket scientist. With the hefty fine and jail sentence, maybe he learned his lesson.

year in jail and 100k fine? damn I'm sure he will learn something, maybe even if it is just how to file for bankruptcy. Sounds like this guy deserved it, just killing for the sake of nothing.

Can a person even file bankruptcy against a state fine? I would think he is in a world of hurt. It's scary how our desires can get so out of control that some are blinded to the reality of what they are doing.
