Learning the hard way
Wow....
Jesus replaces the old covenant and speaks to the believer the moral code of God by His Spirit directly to the heart. He is the eternal, everlasting revelation of God to mankind. In Him is both the knowledge of righteousness and the power to live right.

That turned out way different than I thought.

Me too. That buck plays by a different set of rules than the ram was ready for.
I expected to see bits and pieces of antler flying everywhere

I've had to learn the hard way at times.
At times I've been the buck and other times the ram.

I thought the ram would win.I thought he would either knock him senseless or break his antlers.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
