My new light weight bow

#1 Post by Ragnarok Forge »

So a few months back I feel and hurt my left arm. I ended up shooting my daughters 23 @ 26 inch bow for a while and then worked with BMA to make a really sweet 40lb @ 28 inch - 68 inch longbow. It is a mild R/D bow with a curly maple and bloodwood riser, with Curly Maple and Tennesee Red Cedar veneers. This bow is smooth on the draw. Once I fully heal up I will be back to hunting with my WW Royals and will use this bow as a light target and form practice bow.

Brock wardle he owns Bull Mountain Archery. I helped him make a bunch of knives for his family before Christmas, he helped me make the bow. He is BMA on Trad Gang.

Bjorn, The arms is doing well and I should be back to shooting 55 lbs in about a month. I am just being extra carefull. I don't want to miss elk hunting this season.
