I was kinda hoping Ron might jump in here, seeing as how he's already made some (and has a business set up to move stuff like this) but maybe he hasn't seen this thread yet? I will give him a heads-up. If not, you might very well have found a niche. I would certainly entertain giving a forum member my $$ than some big company. Just sayin'...

It seems like you fellers have really been looking for me. Much appreciated. I may give those centaur heads a shot. Those heads on 3 rivers are nice but I would prefer a solid one piece head if possible. Thanks again to you all for doin some digging

When I made my bear hunting broadheads, there was good reason for me mimicking the Abower Brown bear design. It’s a good and solid design. For my tastes, I will take the along head and its penetrating aspect ratio over the wide heads.

I don't know if you're said before Ron, but what steel are you using to make your broadheads? With that long narrow tip, do they tend to curl when they hit bone?

7 1/4" circ saw blades.



Ive only killed one bear with this exact design and it went through and hit the dirt and didnt curl. I suppose its possible though.

If I were to go about mass producing broadheads, (as a custom knife maker) I would choose as mu blade material, O1 tool steel for its outstanding properties and low cost.

You can order ACE in single bevel. You can (could) do the same with Tuskers. Those are plenty big.
