Its true.....elderberries build the immune system. I make jelly pretty often. Thought about making wine as many berries as I have around me available. Mohawk did make some wine, but so far he hasnt shared any, so it must have turned out good. Lol! We love wild plum and elderberry mix for jelly. Anyways...

I've been doing ginger tea, honey, lemon and musinex dm, but will keep it in mind for the next one. Finally got it beat and will be hitting 3dshoots Sat & Sun.
