But, just for the sake of excitement - the riser will be of Bocote, with Wenge accents. The limbs will be ActionBoo cores with Wenge veneers, accented with a Bocote strip going up center from riser to tip. Limb tips will be Bocote with red phenolic.

Indeed!

The only thing I have to decide on is the finish. My first Flatline has the "stock" finish, Krystal. He also offers Thunderbird (at increased cost, of course), and I'm considering maybe doing that. Decisions!

Toelke uses Thunderbird, and my Whip has a tremendous finish, I absolutely love the thunderbird

Pretty stuff. Is that wenge on the limb tip ends? Thats some really nice grain for wenge.

Yeah, and I also love the quasi-symmetry of the Bocote limb veneers too. There's a round bit (knot?) right above the split on each one.
