Thanks Tradhunter, Rusty, TradRat, and Kanati.

Kanati - yes, that is the purpose of the opening.

I forgot to mention, I have scanned the pattern into 3 jpg files. If anyone's interested, shoot me a PM with your email address and I can send it to you.

That's a very nice looking quiver! What I really like is the singing or burning of the leather accent pieces. Did the leather soften up with wax or mink oil after all the work was done? FRJ

Cam man,
The quiver is so nice that I'm making your's for the father inlaw. The father inlaw huge archery buff here in Colorado. He just got back for a bow jamboree held at Leadville Colorado anyway your quiver is very clean and has a great design. The arm guard is way cool too. Thank you for posting your quiver.
Later my man. Stacy

WOW! that is super nice. Makes the one I made look like it was made by a third grader on ADHD meds.

Cam:
First off, welcome aboard! We have a good crew here; sense of humour is questionable though :?

Second, WOW! That is a stunning quiver you made! Is Leatherwork a hobby for you, or a professional calling?

Sorry, fellas...that post is from 2011. Cam has not been around for a while, IDK why?
Maybe we oughta go fetch him back.
Say, he's Canadian...YOU go fetch him back!

Ahh! Missed that part

As for Cam being a fellow northerner, he's about a three day drive away from me; I might just leave him be.

Hey Kirk: you could come pick me up in the Falcon and we could locate him together!
