Re: Who would like to win a custom antler handle knife ?
I have to ask the width of someone's hand because about a year ago I made a knife for a guy that had hands that look like a first basemen's mitt .
His palm width was 5" , I made his handle 6" long and put a thumb rise blade of 5 1/2 " in that thing .
In my hand it looked like a Roman Short Sward , But when he held it , it looked like a medium sized sheath knife .

Understood. I wear a size 15 ring so I get it.
The element of surprise can never be replaced by persistence.

James , all looks good . I'm thinking the one on the left is going to be good .
The one on the right looks like it has damage at the base .
So let's get r done .
Don't forget to let me know whitch side you want to carry the sheath .

This is the big knife I was talking about earlier .
It's a Thumb Rise Trailing Point blade design .
First Thumb Rise I ever made .
The guys hands are so big , it looks like a medium size hunting knife when he holds it .
