Below the 3 buttons below the input box you will see 2 tabs.
Options and Attachments.
Select the Attachments tab and you will see an add file button. Select it and your phone will want you to guide it to the file/image you want to upload/attach to your post.

Hehe, I should have been clearer. Yes, I tried that but all I get is file too large. So I cut it down, but still too large. 413kb is too large? What is this, 1983?

Yes, 413 KB is above the max file size for attachments.

Oh, it was above the limit..
I was absolutely convinced that couldn't actually be it.
I was shocked that my friend had a 50 gig limit for the household, living in one of the most connected countries in the world has spoiled me I guess. Here it's 10 Mb/sec or up and no limit. Data limits are for phones, if that. But then our entire population fits in one of your cities.
Anyhow, sorry for the attitude. I, like many, get disproportionately annoyed at tech not working. A flaw, I know.

Where I live, Corvallis Montana, my max Internet speed is DSL 1.3 Mb/sec. Compared to the rest of the country, not to mention the world, that's very very slow.

In rural areas of the US we still have some who only get dialup speeds, max of 44 Kb/sec. Try watching a video with that. Places in New York can get 1 Gb/sec from the same company. Go figure?
